 CONVERTIBULL  Party Band is a 5 member high-energy group that is as much fun to watch as it is to hear !  Playing ONLY the classic dance hits from the 60's on up, they will have you "Cruisin' With The Top Down !" on the dance floor.       

 For over 15 years Convertibull has developed a reputation as one of the premier live music acts in the Southeast. The band's success is attributed to a combination of expertise,   dedication, talent, choosing a proven mix of songs, and mixing it with a little humor. Formed in the late 80's, frontman Jeff "FRO" Rentfro decided on the band name. A name  that would reflect his musicians' ability to play any genre of music (Convert-), as well as his input as singer / comedian / leader / lighting technician / costume designer / driver of the Winnebago ! (-BULL)...so, there you have it, now you know :CONVERTI-BULL ! While many members have come and gone through the years, the current line-up has been with FRO since 2001, longer than most bands are around!   

 From Nashville to Orlando they have amassed an infinite list of satisfied referrals from performances including: Corporate parties, Wedding receptions, Association events, Festivals, Birthday parties, Reunions, Private parties, Charity Fundraisers, and Public Venues. The experience they have gained over the years in performing so many shows with such  a wide variety of events, has allowed them to hone their skills not only in the musicianship,  but also in their ability to tailor their show to meet your needs or requirements. You will not have to inform them to start off "quiet with older,  slow songs", and then get  "louder with faster songs as the night goes on" , because they already know! 

 This band takes pride in their reputation, and the fact that NO SHOW has ever been missed!  FRO considers it his job to not simply sing songs, but to entertain your guests and help you  produce the specific show you want for your event. If you need an Emcee, need to borrow our microphones, let a guest musician play or sit-in with the band, or simply utilize our sound equipment for your background music, . . . we will take care of it. Convertibull offers a "Lock and Key" show. Everything is taken care of including: sound reinforcement, front and back stage lighting, special effects lighting, fog effects, and multiple costume changes.

PS: My first car when I was 15 was a 1971 Triumph TR-6  sports car, that just happens to be a "convertible", that I still own.
